Projects by Equitifund is our sales and delivery arm, covering standard residential and commercial property sales as well as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), for owner-occupiers, investors, and every buyer type in between. Alongside sales, we also undertake development work in partnership with developers, government, and community stakeholders – a smaller but growing part of what this pillar delivers.

This pillar works hand-in-hand with Housing by Equitifund, supporting buyers moving through the Shared Equity Pathway and SDA Shared Equity Pathway toward full ownership.
